HRmango is seeking qualified Sales Representatives for a full-time position, on site in South Jordan, UT - for an innovative client in the Medicare Industry.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be using a CRM and dialer to make outbound calls as well as receive inbound calls to Medicare beneficiaries that have questions regarding their Medicare benefits. You will perform benefit comparisons and assist consumers with enrollment into plans and products that are most suitable via the provided enrollment tool.

What You Will Bring:

• Has an Active Health Insurance License
• Medicare Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
• Previous experience meeting sales goals and tracking KPI’s is preferred
• Must be able to commute to South Jordan, UT
• Must be able to work 40 Hrs/weekly
• Previous experience in an Outbound Call Center
• Inbound/Outbound Sales experience
• Experience using Contact Center/Call Center CRM tools and technology
• Candidate must be able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
